What you can raise with us
- a code or offer that does not work, has ended or does not match what we described
- information on the site that is wrong or out of date
- a problem with our deal emails
- anything else about how we run the site, including how we handle your personal information
What to raise with the retailer
We do not sell products or take payments. Questions about an order, delivery, refund, returns, faulty goods or your account must go to the retailer you bought from. If you cannot resolve a problem with a retailer, Citizens Advice has free help at citizensadvice.org.uk.
How to complain

It helps if you include:
- the page or offer you are contacting us about (a link is ideal)
- what went wrong, and when
- how you would like us to put it right
What happens next
We will look into your complaint and reply as quickly as we can. If an offer is wrong or has ended, we will update or remove it.

If you think an advert or marketing message on our site is misleading, you can also contact the Advertising Standards Authority at asa.org.uk.
